After a long summer vacation, the Archives Recipe of the Month is back!
Isn’t it nice that we’re finally getting some full-blown summer weather? On hot days such as these, no one wants to spend hours cooking over a hot stove or oven. That’s where the Fairview UCW (Halifax) come in with their book of uncooked recipes. It was really hard choosing between all the yummy recipes (I’ll have to feature Ting-A-Lings in a later post) but finally I narrowed it down to 5 recipes.
For those of you have problems reading the tiny print, you can click on this link to open a transcription of the recipes.
Before you even begin cooking, don’t forget to follow this recipe for a happy day!
It’s hard to go wrong with lemon squares, right?
And nothing says summer like some pineapple dreams!
