1. Condolences – Carol-Ann Jane MacRae
Our deepest sympathy is extended to Olive Ann Archibald (DLM retired) and her family on the death of her daughter, Carol-Ann. There will not be any visitation. The Memorial Service took place at Marysville United Church, Fredericton, NB on Saturday May 14, 2016 at 2pm with Rev. David Brewer officiating. Interment will take place at a later date.

Check-in is located at Tantramar Veterans Memorial Civic Centre (TVMCC): May 26, Thursday, from 11:00 am to 8:30 pm
YOUTH FORUM – Check-in is located at Windsor residence in the quad by Campbell/Jennings before proceeding to the TVMCC on May 26, Thursday, starting at 11:00 a.m.
INTERMEDIATES AT CONFERENCE – Check-in is located at Bennet/Bigelow residences at the corner of Salem and York Streets before proceeding to the TVMCC on May 26, Thursday, starting at 11:00 a.m.
4. Conference Annual Meeting Important Information

5. Retirees and Jubilarians Banquet Tickets Still Available
Have you reserved your tickets for the Retirees and Jubilarians Banquet yet? The banquet will be held this year on Saturday, May 28th at 5:00 pm at the Sackville Royal Canadian Legion, 15 Lorne Street, Sackville. Tickets must be reserved by Thursday May 26th and cost is $25 each. For tickets please contact the Rev. Gloria Churchill by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call 902-252-8038.
6. Elections for Conference President
At the Conference Annual Meeting this year, President Matthew Fillier will preside. During the concluding worship, President-Elect Catherine Stuart will be installed as President for the 2016-2017 term.
During the meeting we will elect the President-Designate, who will serve as President for the 2017-2018 term.

7. General Council Executive – alternate representatives
It happens on occasion that the elected representatives to the General Council Executive may not be available to attend a particular meeting or serve a particular function. At the Conference Annual Meeting this year we will be electing alternate representatives to the General Council Executive, both lay and ministry personnel. These alternate persons will be asked to serve on occasions when the elected representative is not available.

The Maritimes-Guatemala Breaking the Silence Network (BTS), a Church in Action Committee partner, is offering cases of Breaking the Silence Fair Trade Coffee (ground) at the wholesale price of $58 (6 12 oz. bags per case.) We do this to encourage churches to purchase Breaking the Silence coffee on an ongoing basis, buying wholesale for church events. You may also sell Breaking the Silence coffee as a fundraiser for your church, buying wholesale and selling retail. Cases will be available for purchase/pick up at the Annual Meeting. Orders must be received no later than Thursday, May 19th.
