We are long overdue for some recipes from Bermuda so imagine my delight when I found these recipes in the back of the UCW book “Sailing Through Uncharted Seas.” The book was put out by the Maritime Conference UCW in 1987 on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the UCW. I’ve really got to stop looking at recipes in the afternoon though, it’s a long time between now and supper when all you can think about is orange trifle.
