Orchard Valley United Church Vacancy
Orchard Valley United Church continues in its search for a half-time Minister of Community Development, and we are pleased to have now expanded our search to welcome applications from Supervised Ministry Education candidates, Designated Lay Ministers (DLM) and candidate supply in addition to candidates from ordered (ordained or diaconal) ministry. The Minister of Community Development will particularly focus on children, youth and outreach programming to nurture and strengthen our congregation. Indigenous Justice Advisory Group (three vacancies)
The National Indigenous Organization is seeking volunteers who are committed to the vision of The United Church of Canada as an anti-racist denomination.
We are looking for three Indigenous members with a good awareness of Indigenous justice issues and familiarity with the legacy of the Indian Residential School system as well as the United Church’s history as it pertains to Indigenous ministry and justice.
