2021 Annual Declarations
It’s no joke! 2021 annual declarations open April 1, until June 30.
Also no joke: if you make your declaration (about whether you’ve had criminal charges in the last year or not) each year, you never have to get a police records check again! Plus, it’s free and only takes a few minutes, by logging in to www.churchhub.ca (Just remember to use Chrome or Edge as your browser; do not use Safari). Need help accessing ChurchHub? Please contact ministry@united-church.ca
Church Hub – Search Mode
This is a reminder to all ministry personnel and communities of faith who have been on the Church Hub in search mode and have recently fulfilled a vacancy or accepted a call or appointment. It is now your responsibility to remove your name as ministry personnel or change your status as community of faith so others will know you are no longer available and stop wasting your time and theirs by contacting you.
Communities of Faith Annual Reports
It’s that time of year again where we request your Annual Reports. Please email when they are available (electronic files are preferred especially during the current pandemic) to your Regional Council using the following email: Fundy St. Lawrence Dawning Waters: info4RC14@united-church.ca
If you are unable to submit by email please mail one copy of your report to:
