Community of Faith Assistance Fund Application

Guidelines:

To support their continued programs in their community when unplanned and/or unforeseen problems arise that cannot be easily addressed by other United Church financial programs.
To be accessed only when all other avenues have been exhausted.
Recommendations for Community of Faith access to the assistance fund must have the support of the Regional Minister and/or the Executive Minister.
