To all members and friends of First Dawn Eastern Edge Regional Council:
Please note that as of October 22, 2021, in compliance with the new regulations, proof of vaccination will be required to enter the Regional Council Office and bookstore at 320 Elizabeth Avenue, St. John’s. Electronic and paper copies will be accepted as proof of vaccination, with accompanying identification, as per the Newfoundland and Labrador vaccine passport guidelines. Please ensure that you have all necessary documents with you before arriving at the building.
