I write to share with you news of the passing of Rev. Leander Mills who passed away on November 3, 2021. Some of you may remember Rev. Mills who was President of Newfoundland and Labrador Conference 1995-97 and served pastoral charges in the province: Herring Neck, Newtown-Lumsden, Lower Island Cove and Grand Falls-Windsor.
