I write to share with you news of the sudden passing of Mrs. Alice Cater on November 3, 2021. Alice was the first female lay President of the Newfoundland and Labrador Conference serving in that role in 2002-2003 year. She was very dedicated to The United Church of Canada locally, regionally and nationally. Well done good and faithful servant.
