Regional Council 15 Annual Meeting Registration

IMPORTANT! Follow these instructions to find your name.

1. Start typing your last name.
2. If you previously attended an annual meeting, your name will display (it might take a moment).
3. Select your name.
4. Click the Register Person button.
5. If you have not attended an annual meeting, leave the field blank and click the Register Person button.
6. Complete the registration form and submit it.
7. After you submit your registration, you will receive a copy by email (check your spam/junk folder). If you did not receive a copy by email, please try to register again or contact the Regional Office.
