Rest and Resurrection: A Silent Retreat
Tatamagouche Centre, Nova Scotia
These days we’re moving into the varying intensities of Lent and Easter. As those who care for communities of faith, we will live those intensities within ourselves and in support of the communities for which we seek to open space. We will walk these days doubly. We will need, after they peak in the Easter moment, times of rest and integration. Imagine a space in which there is nothing you have to do. Imagine a space of silence, held open for you gently, firmly and in prayer.
The Health, Joy and Excellence Institute is offering you this space in the shape of two days of silent retreat, led by Rev. Dr. Catherine Smith. We will meet at the beautiful Tatamagoughe Centre from April 21 to April 23. Silence can feel risky or irrelevant. But if you give yourself to it, it will be, Catherine promises, a gentle gift, a vital release, a quenching of thirst. There is nothing you have to do but come.

- $300 (includes single accommodations at Tatamagouce Centre, meals at event, nutrition breaks and program fees)

- $150 (includes shared accommodations with another participant at Tatamagouce Centre, meals at event, nutrition breaks and program fees)
Travel:
- Participants are required to pay for their own travel and meals enroute.
