As spring draws near; hallelujah, praise God! 🌱; we are reminded of new life, renewal, and the call to continue nurturing justice in our communities. Justice is not only a social and humanitarian concern; it is deeply spiritual, rooted in our faith and our commitment to God’s vision of wholeness, dignity, and love for all creation.

The Justice, Mission & Outreach (JMO) Team warmly invites you to a one-day workshop on April 23, 2026, 11am -3pm to be held at the Regional Council Office in St. John’s. 320 Elizabeth Avenue, St. John’s, NL. (a light lunch will be provided). The purpose of this gathering is to prayerfully and collaboratively strategize our work, discerning together how best to move forward in strengthening justice ministries across the region. This workshop will be a space to reflect, share experiences, and identify both the needs and opportunities for meaningful engagement in our communities.

We extend this invitation to JMO Committee members, individuals, justice activists, and Communities of Faith who carry a passion for justice work. Come, let us gather in a spirit of collaboration to plan together, share our passions, and uplift the voices and concerns that call us into action.

For environmental and economic reasons, we encourage carpooling where possible. Please remember to keep your receipts for reimbursement.

To assist with planning and logistics, we kindly ask that you register in advance. There is a maximum of 25 seats available at this workshop.

Registration Deadline is April 17, 2026
