FSLDW Celebration of Ministry Service
Fundy St. Lawrence Dawning Waters Regional Council, is happy to be celebrating with Rev. Christine Schultz and Rev. Jean Herman as they are admitted as Minsters in The United Church of Canada. When we had to cancel our Annual Meeting in the spring we also had to postpone the Celebration of Ministry service. We are happy to be able to have the service on Saturday, November 14th at Mount Royal United Church, Moncton, NB, at 1pm. The in person service is by invitation only, however, we are so happy to be able to invite everyone in the region to be part of the service by joining using the following link: https://www.mountroyaluc.ca/en/page.php?id=316
The celebration will also be livestreamed on the ucceast YouTube channel using this link or via the FSLDW Facebook page using this link

We are planning an online training via Zoom Nov 24th and 25th. (2 hours each day.) A message from the Justice, Mission and Outreach Committees
We want to hear from you!
If we were together at an annual meeting in person, we would be seeing you in workshops and talking to you in the cafeteria or corridors. The JMO Committees look for input from the wider church to help shape their work. Since we aren’t together for these conversations, please take 3 minutes to complete this survey. We look forward to hearing from you. With thanks from the Justice, Mission, and Outreach Committees!

Being Missional in a Pandemic

Rural Routes through the Holy Podcasts
Rural Routes through the Holy is a cohort which formed after a gathering of those touched by or touching rural ministry within the Fundy St. Lawrence Dawning Waters Region and Region 15. The meeting took place in June of 2019 and we planned to gather again in 2020 but were prevented from meeting because of COVID-19. By way of finding other ways to reach out we devised a plan for podcasting. Here are the first two of our productions. They focus on planning for Advent and Christmas under the constraints of pandemic rules. We hope you will take time to sit down with a cup of coffee or tea and have a listen. Blessings on your preparations from the Rural Routes through the Holy Cohort – Rev. Dr. Catherine Smith, Rev. (Retired) Martin Dawson, and Kerry Howarth.
