What’s stirring in your pastoral charge right now? What gives you life, energy, or hope? I want to hear it. Every conversation, every participant, every small moment is a seed—and seeds grow, as we tend to them.
Just like gardeners tending tiny starter pods, we are invited to look closely at the soil around us: our congregations, neighbourhoods, and community partners. Where do you see signs of new life? Where will one more person find belonging connected to your community of faith— a person feeling listened to and heard, another seat at a table filled, a new choir voice, a volunteer at a meal, a child hearing a Bible story, a partner joining an outreach effort?
Choose one seed. Pray for it. Name it. Nurture it. Commit to it. Be part of every pastoral charge intentionally lifting up their one small, Spirit-led possibility—preparing for it, watching for it, celebrating its first sprout.
The Spirit is moving. Trust it. Respond to it. Pray daily. Ready ourselves. Pay attention. Tend to what is needed. Commit to our renewal. Alone, in isolation, is hard, but working together, we can cultivate what is growing and flourish.
Reach out to me and let’s explore your seed of possibility, what it might be, and determine ways we will nurture it in your context.
