The RC15 property inventory list has been updated for December, this inventory lists property (buildings, cemeteries, lands) currently registered to your pastoral charge.  All forms and amendments received up to December 7, 2021 are included.  Pastoral charges who do not hold property will not appear on the list.  Please take a moment to review and ensure your pastoral charge details are correct, you can review by A-Z property name or by postal code using the link below and submit a form if there are any additions or amendments.

NB Power applies for a 25 Year licence for Point Lepreau Nuclear

The Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC) will hold public hearings on NB Power’s application for an unprecedented 25 year licence renewal to operate Lepreau Nuclear Generating Station, beginning with Part 1 on January 26 2022.  The Coalition for Responsible Energy Development -New Brunswick (CRED-NB) and the Canadian Environmental Law Association (CELA) have received funding to make a joint intervention in Part 2 hearings on May 4and 5, 2022.  CRED-NB has raised concerns about adequate public participation in a letter to the CNSC.  To Learn more: ihttps://crednb.ca/2021/11/29/nb-power-applies-for-a-25-year-licence/
