Atlantic School of Theology Continuing Education Offering

Book Talk: William Forsyth: Land of Hopes and Dreams

Join author Carolyn Nicholson on October 17th as she unfolds the story of William Forsyth. At the turn of the eighteenth century, Forsyth, a newly graduated Church of Scotland minister, accepted a call from Cornwallis Township, Kings County, Nova Scotia.

Healing Pathway Phase 1 Course – Halifax – Oct 21 & 22

St. Andrew’s United Church, Halifax, is hosting a Phase 1 course of the United Church’s “Healing Pathway” programme. This two day course will be instructed by Rev Sharon Moon and Rev Howard Clark, retired United Church ministers from Ottawa.

The course is $210/person, and the Region 15 has made funds available to subsidize up to 10 people, bringing the cost down to $110/person.
